Italian Sunset

The name of this cocktail comes from its pretty orange-red layers, of amaretto, orange juice, mineral water and grenadine syrup. Barely adapted from here. Tangy and fizzy with just a hint of alcohol.

Ingredients (for 2 100 ml glasses):
  • 20 ml amaretto almond liquor
  • 30 ml orange juice
  • 30 ml soda or mineral water
  • 20 ml grenadine syrup
Pour the amaretto into the glasses:

Add the orange juice as slowly as possible.

Then the mineral water (slowly to prevent the over-mixing of layers):

And the last to be slowly poured is the grenadine (pomegranate) syrup. Dig in! :)
