Spaghetti nests with dill cream and caviar

Creamy spaghetti with a strong dill taste, curled up into little nests filled with red caviar. :)
The image speaks for itself so I shall delay no further. Enjoy.

Last year: no cooking except another kind of bun in the oven :)

Ingredients (serves 3):
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespooons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh dill (15 g)
  • 9 tablespoons red caviar (we used salmon caviar)

Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. When they're done, drain almost all the water and add the cream, oil, salt and pepper to them:

Mix well, then add the chopped dill (after you reserve 3 little sprigs for decorating):

Mix well again. Transfer to serving plates. Create 3 nests in each plate with your finger (stirring-motion). Fill each nest with 1 tablespoon caviar:

Serve right away. It's ready, dig in! :)
